Approximately 16,027 SF of academic laboratory space across two levels of the 55,138 SF new Health Sciences Building. The Health Sciences program expansion includes two Occupational Therapy Technology laboratories, one Pharmacy Technology laboratory, one Emergency Medical Services laboratory, service/nursing offices and support spaces.
Oceanside Medical Office Building
An approximately 87,500 SF, three-story MOB that includes Surgery/SPD (4 OR’s), Urgent Care, Radiology (MRI, Rad, Fluro, CT), Laboratory, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Head/Neck Otolaryngology/ENT, Gastroenterology, Colon Screening, Orthopedics, Physical Occupational Hand Therapy, Dermatology and Hematology Oncology.
Raulston Memorial Research Building MRI Suite Addition
The Raulston Memorial Research Building at the USC Health Science Campus was renovated to accommodate the USC Stevens Hall, Mark and Mary Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute. Criterion provided services for an approximately 5,000 SF first floor renovation/expansion of the MRI suite housing a 13-ton, 3-Tesla MAGNETOM Prisma MRI, a 7-Tesla MAGNETOM Terra MRI, ante rooms and control rooms.
Flower Imaging Center
The USC South Flower Imaging Center is an approximately 9,000 SF space on the ground floor of a historic building. The center complements the university’s adjoining outpatient ambulatory care clinic.
Gayle and Edward Roski Eye Institute
The remodeled Gayle and Edward Roski Eye Institute, part of Keck School of Medicine, is dedicated to saving, preserving and restoring vision. The 25,000 SF tenant improvements includes fitting rooms, exam rooms, clinical offices and 7,600 SF surgical suite.
Science and Innovation Building
The new three-story Science and Innovation building houses 90,000 SF of space for the biology, chemistry and physics programs. Criterion’s scope includes approximately 43,000 SF of teaching and research laboratories featuring a maker space fabrication laboratory.
Medical Clinic at 1100 Park Place, Suite 100
An approximately 12,081 SF clinic on the first floor of a business and retail center. The Primary Care area will house 15 exams, 1 clean and 1 soiled utility and 1 hub. The Multi-Specialty area will house spaces for Pediatrics including 3 exams, 1 vitals; and 1 hub, 1 clean and 1 soiled utility shared with Other Specialty. There is also an undetermined space that will house 8 exams, 1 procedure and 1 imaging for a practice that will be determined at a later date.
Comprehensive Cancer Center Expansion
The NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center expansion allowed UC Davis Health to house adult and pediatric patients, clinicians and researchers under one roof. The project fuses state-of-the-art cancer center amenities with features to support the healing process: a patient resource center, indoor and outdoor play spaces, a new courtyard and lobby links old and new to create a comprehensive center.
