Delivery Coordination

Coordination of delivery and installation of new and existing medical equipment. Includes development of comprehensive site logistics, tracking and receiving of equipment received at job site, coordination and documentation of returns and damaged items, and organizing and participating in vendor meetings and on-site readiness. May also include strategizing with warehouse/third-party logistics vendor, tagging, electrical safety and biomed checks, and final punch list and corrective action plan.

Deliverables: New equipment delivery and installation schedule, existing equipment relocation and phasing plans, storage/staging/assembly plan, assembly of warranty information, equipment punch list and corrective action plan.
