Validation of medical equipment list to confirm options and accessories, development of procurement/delivery/installation schedule, review and analysis of vendor packages, purchase order issuance and schedule monitoring. Includes meeting/s with owner to confirm approach and processes. May include bidding support, assistance with requisitions and other tasks required of the project.

Deliverables: Procurement-ready medical equipment list, schedule and responsibilities matrix.
