Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center
Founded in 1888, the Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is among the largest comprehensive medical rehabilitation centers in the United States. The premier spinal cord and neural rehabilitation center provides highly specialized care to individuals who have suffered from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and other related disorders. Licensed for 207 beds, the facility serves approximately 4,000 inpatients and 71,000 outpatients on an annual basis. The project is comprised of three separate buildings:
- Jacquelin Perry Institute (JPI) inpatient hospital renovation and extension (60,000 SF) housing a 4,200 SF USP 797/800 compliant pharmacy as well as radiology, chemo prep, ante, IV prep, narcotic vault, receiving, bulk storage, breakdown, and active stock.
- Medical Outpatient Building (110,000 SF) housing pediatrics, orthopedics, diabetes care, pressure ulcer management, limb preservation and post-amputation care.
- Don Knabe Wellness Center (15,000 SF) equipped with a therapy swimming pool that has an underwater treadmill, weightlifting room, dance studio, cardio and yoga room.
Providence Breeze Advanced Care Center
The addition of this three-story, multidisciplinary care center by one of the nation’s top-rated hospitals for quality and patient safety benefits residents of the South Bay with highly innovative technology and care. Featuring the City of Hope Multidisciplinary Cancer Center, Comprehensive Orthopedic and Spine Institute, Women’s Breast Center, genetic testing/counseling, a cardiometabolic program and an ambulatory surgical center, the facility houses 20 infusion stations, 2 GI endoscopy suites, 46 exam rooms and 5 23-hour surgical suites. Advanced diagnostic imaging and treatment modalities include CT, CT Simulation, Digital Tomosynthesis (3d mammography), Digital x-ray, Fluoroscopy, MRI, Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and a Stereotactic Linear Accelerator. Rehabilitation services offered at the center include aquatic, cardiac, hand, occupational, orthopedic, physical, pulmonary and speech therapy.
Playa Vista Physician Office & Urgent Care
The Playa Vista clinic prototypes a new model of community-based care for Cedars-Sinai. The 25,352 SF urgent care clinic houses internal medicine/family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, GI/urology/endocrinology/rheumatology, cardiology, pulmonary, lab, imaging, central scheduling, wellness programs and support.
Sonora Regional Medical Center Outpatient Pavilion
This 65,000 SF, three-story pavilion houses the Diana J. White Cancer Institute, which brings advanced cancer care and innovative medical technology to the Sonora community. The pavilion includes Radiation Oncology including CT Scan and Linear Accelerator Suites, Medical Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging (X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, CT Scan, PET/CT and MRI Suites), Lab, Orthopedics, Rehab Services, Conference and Health Education, and Living Well Suite.
San Antonio Regional Hospital
The San Antonio Regional Hospital includes approximately 54,000 SF on two floors housing infusion, medical oncology, surgical specialties, radiation therapy, imaging, lab, pre-op testing and support spaces.
St. John’s Regional Medical Center ED Expansion and NICU/L&D Improvements
This project includes an approximately 12,000 SF expansion/renovation of the Emergency Department, NICU and labor and delivery departments. The renovated Emergency Department offers nine additional exam rooms, three trauma bays, three triage rooms and an in-department x-ray suite. The 6,200 SF NICU includes 20 new private rooms while labor and delivery includes four new rooms, and two private and one semi-private triage rooms.
125 Huntington Medical Office Buildings
This project includes three floors of “Building A” and floors one and two of “Building B” for a total of approximately 33,000 SF. Building A houses medical oncology and urology outpatient clinic, infusion center and radiation therapy and radiology including Linac vaults. Building B includes a primary care clinic, dermatology/MOHs surgery and a multidisciplinary medicine and surgery clinic.
